National Facility Management Research
Designated in February 2021 in accordance with the Building Management Act, the center conducts research, development, and distribution of national policies and technologies to ensure the safety of buildings and maintain and improve the value use such as convenience, comfort, beauty, and functions during the building life cycle.
Main Functions

Policy support and research through monitoring on building management policies

Information analysis and utilization including the establishment of the information system for proactive building management

Establishment of governance on building management where the government, industry, academia, and research institutes participate to advance building management.
