3Projects in support of the research

AURI plans for research projects that are needed to conduct the research. Also, it holds a variety of seminars. It does work for public relations with related organizations at home and abroad. AURI conducts projects for AURI promotion and produces publications in order to promote AURI and to disseminate the research outcomes. In particular, the AURI Architectural and Urban Forum selects timely themes every year and holds a series of consecutive seminars four to five times a year.

4General projects

This category mostly includes temporary projects, joint research, and projects organized for a specific purpose when government donations are earmarked, which are separate from the distinct AURI projects. The projects which are currently being carried out under this category include the project to build a management system for architectural and urban policies, and for assets information, the project to support the assessment of walking environment, the project to study and support the Hanok policies and its industrialization, and the project to build and operate the Public Architecture Support Center. In addition, we conduct joint research projects which are carried out in collaboration with other research institutes, external experts, or academic associations.
